Job summary

Tech Fortress in Dubai seeks an Information Technology Sales Executive to drive growth in IT security, managed services, and SaaS solutions. This on-site, full-time role focuses on identifying opportunities, delivering proposals, and closing deals with enterprise clients across the UAE.

You will manage the full sales cycle, build strong client relationships, coordinate with technical teams, and report on pipeline and performance to help expand Tech Fortress's regional presence.

Qualifications

• Proven IT sales experience in information security, IT managed services, or SaaS.
• Strong lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline management skills.
• Ability to nurture long-term client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Solid IT knowledge to map client environments to solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities and manage full sales cycle.
• Conduct lead generation activities and meet with prospective and existing clients.
• Prepare proposals/presentations and negotiate contracts to close deals.
• Maintain ongoing account management and build strong client relationships.
