Job summary

Technieum is recruiting a Business Development Manager for Dubai to drive complex sales cycles, build strategic account plans, and expand Technieum's cybersecurity offerings across the UAE. You will engage with executive stakeholders and leverage your regional network to grow the business.

Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will forecast opportunities, coordinate with vendor partners, and ensure revenue growth within your territory in a high-growth cybersecurity environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Associate's degree in Business, IT or related field ( Cyber Security focus preferred ), MBA is a plus.
• Proven ability to close business deals and achieve sales quotas.
• Proven UAE market experience is a must.
• Knowledge of regional cybersecurity regulations and frameworks.
• Experience in Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) offerings.
• Experience in SOC as a Service (SOCaaS) offerings.

Responsibilities

• Drive and orchestrate complex sales cycles with internal teams to best serve the customer.
• Create and implement strategic account plans focused on customer acquisition.
• Develop relationships with prospective customers and executive stakeholders.
• Position cybersecurity services based on strategic landscape and customer needs.
• Generate, develop, and expand territory through a programmatic demand approach.
• Act as continuous point of contact for the customer within assigned territory.
• Develop and implement agreed business/marketing plans to meet personal and business goals.
• Prospect and meet clients by growing, maintaining and leveraging network.
• Engage and coordinate with key customers and stakeholders.
• Forecast funnel weekly, monthly and quarterly to meet or exceed quota.
