Job summary

TXM Solutions is actively seeking a Business Development Manager focused on residential fit-out projects in the UAE. You will drive new business across the UAE, leveraging an established UAE network of owners, brokers, developers, and consultants to secure apartment, villa, and luxury-home contracts.

Success hinges on personal project wins, relentless pipeline management, and the ability to close deals from lead to project handover.

Qualifications

• 3-8 years of UAE experience in residential interiors, fit-out sales, or business development.
• Proven project wins demonstrating residential fit-out success.
• Strong existing UAE client and business network.
• GCC experience and network is a plus.
• Strong networking, negotiation, commercial, and closing skills.
• Target-driven, proactive and able to work independently.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Generate and secure new residential fit-out projects across the UAE.
• Leverage an existing network of property owners, brokers, developers, consultants, and key decision-makers.
• Identify upcoming apartment, villa, renovation, and luxury residential opportunities.
• Manage the full business development cycle from lead generation to proposal, negotiation and closure.
• Build long-term client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently achieve revenue targets.
• Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams to develop competitive proposals.

We are looking for a well-connected and results-driven Business Development Manager with a proven track record of securing premium residential fit-out projects in the UAE.

The ideal candidate will bring an established UAE client and referral network and demonstrated success in winning apartment, villa, and luxury-home projects. GCC market exposure and network will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and secure new residential fit-out projects across the UAE
• Leverage an existing network of property owners, brokers, developers, consultants, community management teams, and key decision-makers
• Identify upcoming apartment, villa, renovation, and luxury residential opportunities
• Manage the full business development cycle from lead generation and client meetings to proposal, negotiation, and project closure
• Build long-term client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently achieve revenue targets
• Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams to develop competitive proposals

Requirements:
