Job summary

Strato Creations LLC in Dubai seeks an experienced Business Development professional to drive new interior fit-out and turnkey project opportunities. You will build relationships with consultants, architects, designers, developers and corporate clients, and secure projects through networking, meetings, tenders and prequalification processes.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years UAE BD experience in related fields, a strong industry network, and a proven ability to meet sales targets.

• Generate new business opportunities for interior fit-out and turnkey projects

• Build relationships with consultants, architects, designers, developers, project management companies, and corporate clients

• Secure projects through networking, cold calling, meetings, presentations, tenders, and prequalification opportunities

• Coordinate with estimation and design teams to prepare technical and commercial proposals

• Negotiate contracts and close profitable deals

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

• Maintain an updated sales pipeline and submit regular progress reports

• Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and industry meetings

• Coordinate project handovers and support long-term client satisfaction

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in business development within interior fit-out, joinery, construction, or turnkey solutions
• Strong UAE network of consultants, architects, developers, and corporate clients
• Proven record of achieving sales targets and securing fit-out projects
• Experience in tendering, prequalification, BOQs, and RFP opportunities
• Good understanding of fit-out processes, contracts, and the complete project lifecycle
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software is an advantage
