Job summary

Metaworld Consultant in Dubai seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to drive performance management, compensation & benefits, and employee relations across multiple entities. You will design scalable frameworks, manage annual cycles, and ensure UAE labor law compliance.

The role focuses on HR policy governance, workforce analytics, and change management to foster an inclusive, high-performing culture in a dynamic private investment environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Legal, or related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, multi-industry or holding company in UAE preferred.
• Deep knowledge of UAE Labor Law and regional employment regulations.
• Proven track record in performance management design, C&B analysis, ER resolution, and policy writing.
• Experience with HRIS platforms (Yomly, Darwinbox, BambooHR) is a plus.
• Professional fluency in English and Chinese (written and spoken).
• Strong business acumen and consulting mindset.
• Excellent conflict resolution, EQ, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement performance management frameworks (KPIs/OKRs).
• Manage bi-annual and annual performance cycles across entities.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, and rewards programs; ensure market competitiveness and equity.
• Lead employee relations activities, investigations, grievances, and engagement initiatives.
• Update policies and SOPs to UAE labor laws and international best practices.
• Collaborate with Operations HR Officer to reflect policy changes in HRIS workflows.
• Act as change agent during restructurings, M&A, or operational updates.
• Provide data-driven insights on turnover, engagement, and KPIs.
