Job summary

Bateel International in Dubai seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to deliver UAE HR support, implement people plans, and ensure compliance with UAE labour law. This role partners with Corporate People Team to drive best-practice HR solutions across the business.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in a similar role within Food & Beverage, Hospitality or Luxury Retail, fluent English, and a valid driving license. A CIPD is preferred and UAE-specific HR knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Food & Beverage, Hospitality and Luxury Retail
• Proficiency in both verbal and written English
• Must have valid driving license
• Knowledge of UAE Labour Law and Statutory compliances (CIPD preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide HR support within the UAE and deliver people plans
• Deliver best practice HR solutions that support the business area
• Administer HR initiatives and programs across UAE departments and staff
• Implement and monitor the UAE headcount and personnel costs within budget
• Coordinate performance reviews, probationary meetings and one-to-one sessions
• Conduct grievance investigations and suggest compliant resolutions
• Lead workforce planning and end-to-end HR life cycle for the BU
• Audit HRIS data integrity and generate HR KPIs for management
