Job summary

Bybit Limited is seeking an HRBP to partner with leaders across our Abu Dhabi team. You will guide employee relations, onboarding, performance, and promotions while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong people programs.

The role requires 5+ years in HRBP/ER, exceptional communication, and fluency in Chinese and English. You will work in a dynamic, global tech environment with a focus on people policy execution and strategic workforce planning.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as HRBP or Employee Relations role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent time management with ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in both Chinese and English.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand issues and provide HR guidance, including onboarding, performance, promotions, and disputes.
• Provide input on restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues and conduct investigations.
• Execute and implement people policies for the assigned unit.
• Maintain knowledge of manpower regulations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Identify training needs and executive coaching requirements.
• Analyze data trends with HR COE to develop solutions and policies.
• Participate in evaluation and monitoring of people programs.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
