Job summary

Metaworld Consultant, a private investment firm with international operations across multiple sectors, seeks an HR Business Partner to own core HR functions in the UAE. The role partners with business leaders to translate priorities into practical HR strategies, drive HR digitalisation, employee experience, and data-driven decision-making while ensuring UAE employment law compliance across entities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Legal, or related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive HR experience in UAE preferred.
• Deep knowledge of UAE Labour Law and regional regulations.
• Experience with HRIS platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage scalable Performance Management frameworks and cycles.
• Refine Compensation & Benefits structures and health insurance programs.
• Lead Employee Relations, investigations, and engagement initiatives.
• Draft HR policies and ensure UAE Labour Law compliance.
• Act as HR business partner with data-driven insights across entities.
