Career Raiser is seeking an experienced HR professional to lead compensation, benefits, and incentive design within a consulting framework in the UAE. You will partner with executive leadership to align the compensation strategy with market data and corporate goals.

You will manage job profiling, evaluation, and policy development while owning payroll and HRIS operations. This role requires an industry consulting background and deep knowledge of UAE market practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in compensation, benefits and incentive design.
• Exposure to executive compensation reviews and market surveys.
• Proven ability to manage payroll and HRIS processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop compensation structure for acquisitions and integrate with parent company policies.
• Collaborate with executive management to review and adjust compensation strategy.
• Conduct annual compensation and market surveys and share reports.
• Propose revised compensation matrix and corrective measures.
• Design and implement long-term and short-term incentives and welfare programs.
