Job summary

Confidential Company in the UAE seeks an experienced HR Business Partner for a 3-month maternity cover. The role acts as a trusted HR partner to senior stakeholders, providing strategic and operational HR support across the organisation, with emphasis on UAE labour regulations, Emiratization and workforce planning.

The successful candidate will partner with senior leadership on strategic HR matters, advise across employee relations, performance, talent and engagement, and ensure continuity of HR

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive HR experience with strong HRBP/strategic HR exposure.
• Available for a 3-month temporary contract and on own UAE visa.
• Native Arabic speaker with English proficiency.
• Experience in government, semi-government or large UAE organisations is highly preferred.
• Strong senior stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of UAE labour law and Emiratization practices.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership on strategic HR and workforce matters.
• Provide HR advisory across employee relations, performance, talent, engagement and planning.
• Support the implementation of HR policies and organisational priorities.
• Manage complex stakeholder relationships and provide practical HR advice.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour regulations and government-sector requirements.
• Support Emiratization and other UAE national initiatives.
• Ensure continuity of HR operations during the maternity cover.
