Job summary

White & Case, a leading global law firm, seeks a Senior HR professional for the Middle East team in Dubai. The role is a fixed-term contract to cover a maternity leave period, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management and mobility.

You will partner with the Head of HR Middle East to deliver HR services across six offices, ensuring compliant processes and excellent employee experience in a dynamic, cross-border environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong client focus.

• Experience in a professional services environment, ideally a global law firm.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment across the Middle East including offers and benchmarking.
• Design and implement onboarding processes and organize induction activities for new joiners.
• Advise managers on employee relations, policy interpretation, and performance matters; manage investigations.
