Job summary

Want More in Abu Dhabi, UAE is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR initiatives, policy implementation, and employee engagement across the organization.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in HR, a degree in HR Management or related field, excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and expertise in recruitment, onboarding and payroll processing in line with local labor laws. You will manage HR inquiries and ensure compliant, people-first practices.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar HR role.
• Degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• Excellent communication skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Extensive knowledge of HR procedures including recruitment, onboarding and payroll processing.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing strategic HR plans to help meet company goals.
• Designing employee job descriptions, evaluating performance and providing feedback.
• Managing employee recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Overseeing disciplinary actions such as grievances or dismissals.
