Job summary

Want More is hiring an HR Manager in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role requires a minimum of two years’ HR operations experience, strong knowledge of local employment laws, and excellent communication and multitasking abilities.

You will work with senior management to create HR strategies, develop job descriptions, recruit staff, perform background checks, manage compensation, train employees, conduct performance reviews, and enforce disciplinary measures as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ experience in managing human resources operations.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Strong problem-solving skills; ability to multitask.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
