Work corp in Abu-Dhabi seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead strategic HR initiatives and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws. You will drive recruitment, employee relations, compensation, training, engagement and performance management across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of UAE labor laws.
• Ability to develop effective relationships with staff at all levels.
• Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written.
• Excellent problem solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and guidance on all HR management aspects.
• Oversee recruitment, employee relations and compensation/benefits.
• Lead training and development, employee engagement, and performance management.
• Ensure HR policies comply with current labor laws and regulations.
• Develop relationships with staff at all levels to support organizational goals.
• Maintain accurate HR records and reporting.
