Want More is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi, UAE. The successful candidate will plan, implement and oversee the company’s HR policies and initiatives, and lead a team focused on recruitment, training, and compensation administration.

The ideal candidate has a degree in HR Management or related field, at least 3 years in a similar role, and strong knowledge of employment laws. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar HR role.
• Knowledge of applicable employment laws and compliance.
• Degree or higher qualification in Human Resources Management or related field.
