Job summary

Avanta Works in Abu Dhabi, UAE is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead the HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and policy compliance. The role requires strong knowledge of UAE labor law and the ability to align HR practices with local regulations.

You will oversee HR activities to support business objectives. Ideal candidate has a degree in HRM and 3+ years of experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar HR role; experience not required for recent graduates.
• Excellent knowledge of UAE Labor Law.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR initiatives to support business objectives.
• Oversee the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Identify training needs and facilitate training programs to develop employees’ skills.
• Manage employee relations issues such as grievances and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.
• Prepare reports on HR metrics such as turnover and absenteeism.
• Evaluate organizational structures and job roles for efficiency.
• Represent the company at job fairs and events as needed.
