Job summary
ADIB is seeking an experienced HR leader in Abu Dhabi to drive talent acquisition, onboarding, and strategic workforce planning. You will oversee learning strategies, leadership development, and enterprise performance management while shaping governance, budgets and Emiratization initiatives across the bank.

Qualifications
- Strategic HR leadership and enterprise workforce planning experience.
- Knowledge of UAE employment rules and Emiratization in banking.
- Ability to design HR analytics, dashboards and KPIs.
- Experience with HR technology and learning management systems (LMS).
- Strong executive communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for talent acquisition and onboarding.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and workforce plans.
- Lead learning strategy, academies and leadership development programs.
- Direct enterprise performance management and succession planning.
- Establish governance frameworks, KPIs and budgets across HR functions.
- Drive Emiratization and enterprise-wide people transformation.
