Job summary

You will guide talent development, manage performance, advise on HR policies, and collaborate with HR product partners to strengthen organisational capability in a complex banking environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related discipline.
• 6 years’ relevant experience in banking with at least 2 years in managerial HR roles.

Responsibilities

• Strategic contribution: cascade functional strategy into department plans for alignment.
• People management: lead department objectives, performance, and staff development.
• Advisory & coaching: guide employees on HR disciplines and policies; stay updated on laws.
• Collaboration: engage with HR partners to develop value propositions for the business.
• Organisational restructuring: guide restructures aligning with group strategy.
