Job summary

ADIB is seeking an experienced HR leader in Abu Dhabi to drive talent acquisition, onboarding, and strategic workforce planning. You will oversee learning strategies, leadership development, and enterprise performance management while shaping governance, budgets and Emiratization initiatives across the bank.

The role demands strong executive communication and a proven ability to influence stakeholders within a regulated banking environment in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Strategic HR leadership and enterprise workforce planning experience.
• Knowledge of UAE employment rules and Emiratization in banking.
• Ability to design HR analytics, dashboards and KPIs.
• Experience with HR technology and learning management systems (LMS).
• Strong executive communication and negotiation skills.
