Job summary

Abu Dhabi Investment Council is seeking a Head of Talent Management to shape learning, development, and retention across the organisation. You will design an in-house training calendar, manage vendors, and build a budget that delivers measurable value.

In this strategic role, you will lead succession planning, performance calibration, and leadership development programmes, connecting individual capability to ADIC's long-term priorities and national talent goals.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Learning & Development or Talent Management.
• Strong instructional design principles in a corporate setting.
• Familiarity with investment management language for content design.
• Excellent project management with multiple programmes and stakeholders.
• Polished English communication; ability to present to senior leaders.
• Bachelor's degree; CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent accreditation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the learning and development strategy. Lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of ADIC's in-house training calendar; manage external vendors and a training budget.
• Strengthen succession planning, performance management, and talent reviews; build data-informed pipelines aligned to long-term strategy.
• Drive talent and career programmes; ensure frameworks translate into capability and progression.
• Champion Emirati talent development; lead Development Plans for Emiratis and track progress.
• Be a trusted partner across the business; identify capability gaps and position Human Capital as performance enabler.
