Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field; 5+ years HR experience, or advanced degree with 3+ years experience.
• Proven experience as HR Business Partner supporting leaders, managers and program teams.
• Strong knowledge of talent management, performance management, organizational effectiveness and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to align people strategies with business objectives.
• Embed RTX values into people processes to strengthen talent development and engagement.
• Lead organizational change initiatives to enhance effectiveness and experience.
• Advise managers on structure, roles, reporting lines, and job leveling.
• Partner on workforce planning and talent mobility to meet business needs.
