Job summary

Qualifications

• Significant HR leadership experience at managerial level.
• Experience in aerospace, aviation, defence or aerospace manufacturing is essential.
• Strong understanding of recruiting specialist engineering and technical talent.
• Experience supporting a growing or changing organisation is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of UAE HR practices and employment legislation.
• Experience across both strategic and operational HR.
• Excellent stakeholder-management and communication skills.
• Degree in HR, Business or related field; CIPD/SHRM or equivalent advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HR function and support the senior leadership team on all people-related matters.
• Develop and implement HR strategy aligned with growth plans.
• Lead workforce planning, recruitment and talent acquisition for aerospace/technical roles.
• Manage employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, policies and HR operations.
• Support organisational design, succession planning and leadership development.
• Develop talent retention and employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with UAE employment legislation and company policies.
• Support recruitment and mobilisation of international and local employees.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering and manufacturing leadership on workforce requirements.
• Develop HR processes and systems for a growing technical organisation.
