Job summary

UAE Job Alert is seeking an HR Business Partner (HRBP) in Dubai to act as a trusted strategic advisor to senior management, aligning HR strategy with business growth and workforce development.

The role covers organizational development, talent management, compliance, manpower budgeting, and Emiratization, with emphasis on partnering with senior leaders across automotive and trading divisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years HR Generalist experience including HRBP.
• Experience in automotive industry is preferred.
• CIPD qualification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop HR strategies and annual HR plans in partnership with business stakeholders.
• Support HR processes and practices across the business division.
• Oversee onboarding, succession planning, and learning & development.
• Manage employee relations, compliance, and policy updates across units.
• Provide HR guidance during organizational changes and business transformation.
• Coach managers and act as a trusted HR advisor to senior leadership.
