Job summary

Raytheon Emirates is seeking an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join a high-performing team within a dynamic defense environment in the UAE. You will partner with senior leadership to align HR initiatives across programs, support business reporting, and coordinate activities across locations.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field with 5 years of HR experience, or an advanced degree with at least 3 years.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree with at least 3 years of relevant HR experience may substitute for experience
• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner supporting leaders, managers, or program teams
• Strong understanding of talent management, performance management, organizational effectiveness, and employee relations
• Experience partnering across multiple HR functions to develop and implement integrated HR solutions
• Excellent communication, influencing, stakeholder-management, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, complex, multicultural environments

Qualifications

Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field and 5 years of relevant HR experience, or an advanced degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience. Proven experience working as an HR Business Partner supporting business leaders, managers, and/or program teams. Strong understanding of talent management, performance management, organizational effectiveness, and employee relations. Experience partnering across multiple HR functions to develop and implement integrated HR solutions. Excellent communication, influencing, stakeholder-management, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, complex, and multicultural environment.

Preferential Qualifications

• Professional HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or equivalent.
• Previous experience within the aerospace, defense, engineering, or technology industry.
• Experience working in a matrixed or multinational organization.
• Experience supporting employees and leaders across multiple countries or locations.
• Experience with HRIS platforms and workforce analytics/reporting, preferably Workday.
• Experience supporting organizational change, workforce planning, talent development, or organizational design.
• Strong understanding of local employment practices and HR requirements within the UAE.
