Job summary

Rixos is seeking a motivated Sales Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts in Ras Al Khaimah. You will develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals while monitoring market trends to shape sales strategies.

You will coordinate with Revenue, Marketing and Event teams to optimize pricing and promotions, organize property tours for clients, and represent the property at trade shows and sales missions. Russian language proficiency is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management or related field.
Proven sales experience in hospitality or a related industry.
Proficiency in Russian is preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts across assigned market segments.
Identify and pursue new business through sales calls, networking and industry events.
Develop proposals, negotiate contracts and close deals.
Monitor competitors, market trends and client needs to shape sales strategies.
Maintain sales records and prepare performance reports and forecasts.
Coordinate with Revenue, Marketing and Event teams on pricing and promotions.
Organize site inspections and property tours for prospective clients.
Represent the property at trade shows, exhibitions and sales missions.
