Job summary

Rixos Al Mairid in Ras Al Khaimah seeks a Senior Sales Manager to drive new business, manage a key client portfolio, and contribute to the property's sales goals. You will identify market opportunities, build strong client relationships, and collaborate across Revenue, Marketing, and Events teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales within the hospitality or related industry.
• Proficiency in Russian is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Account Management: Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts across assigned market segments.
• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive sales calls, networking, and events.
• Sales Execution: Develop and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals in line with company objectives.
• Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and client needs to develop tailored sales strategies.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare reports on sales performance and forecasts.
• Collaboration: Work with Revenue, Marketing, and Event teams to align on pricing, promotions, and service delivery.
• Client Visits & Inspections: Organise site inspections and property tours for prospective clients.
• CRM Management: Update and manage client information using the company’s CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and timely follow-up.
• Event Representation: Represent the property at trade shows, exhibitions, and sales missions to promote visibility and growth.
• Compliance: Adhere to company policies, sales procedures, and legal requirements in all interactions.
