Job summary

Rixos Hotels & All-Inclusive Collection is seeking a senior sales leader to drive development and account management across GCC and wider MENA markets. The role focuses on profitable revenue growth, strategic partnerships, and coordinating opportunities across the portfolio.

You will lead annual sales plans, nurture key travel trade and corporate accounts, and coordinate with hotel teams to maximize value while achieving revenue targets. Extensive travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum five years hotel sales experience incl GCC/MENA accounts.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong regional travel trade knowledge; luxury hospitality experience.
• Experience in multi-property or all-inclusive operations preferred.
• Proficient in CRM, Excel and PowerPoint; fluent English; Arabic preferred.
• Willingness to travel across assigned markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an annual sales plan for assigned markets with targets.
• Manage and grow portfolio of key travel trade, corporate, government, group and MICE accounts.
• Lead negotiations for account agreements and group opportunities.
• Coordinate with hotel Sales and Revenue Management on proposals reflecting demand.
• Maintain a reliable sales pipeline, forecasts and market insights.
• Collaborate with Marketing on targeted campaigns and partnerships.
• Monitor market conditions and adjust sales actions accordingly.
• Coach sales staff and ensure reporting standards are followed.
