The iB Construction Company is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to identify new opportunities, expand market presence, and drive sustainable growth in the UAE market. You will build strong client relationships, develop strategies, conduct market research, and lead negotiations to close deals while collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful execution.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
