Job summary

SAM Building Contracting (L.L.C) in Dubai seeks a senior Business Growth & Market Development professional to drive strategic BD plans, build a robust project pipeline, and lead tenders and negotiations with key clients and government authorities.

You will collaborate with multi-functional teams to align client expectations with delivery capabilities and strengthen the company’s market position in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degrees in Civil/Mechanical/Construction Management or Business Administration.
• MBA in Marketing or Business Management is a plus.
• Experience: 8–12 years in BD, Sales, or Project Acquisition in UAE construction.
• Strong UAE network among developers, consultants, PMCs, and government entities.
• Technical knowledge of construction methods, tendering, contracts; FIDIC familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic BD plans aligned with growth objectives.
• Identify and pursue new projects; build a robust pipeline of opportunities.
• Lead tender preparation, commercial negotiations and bid submissions.
• Manage relationships with developers, consultants, PMCs and authorities.
• Collaborate with Estimation, Design, Engineering, Procurement and Operations teams.
• Ensure smooth handovers from sales to delivery and track KPIs.
