Qualifications

• Experience across procurement processes and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze market and delivery systems to assess material availability.
• Develop and implement purchasing and contract management policies.
• Direct and coordinate activities of personnel buying and transporting materials.
• Review and approve specifications for purchase orders.
• Identify sources across countries and regions to consolidate suppliers and cut costs.
• Propose changes in purchasing policies and procedures.
• Provide high levels of professional customer support.
• Consolidate the company’s annual operational budget with respect to targets.
• Establish long-term strategic planning aligned with global targets.
• Undertake administrative responsibilities per Management Systems.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
