Job summary

Trimble is seeking a Mid-Market Area Sales Manager to accelerate growth across the GCC construction market by helping contractors and project teams adopt technology that enhances delivery and productivity.

You will manage a mature portfolio and drive new business across GCC, leveraging industry relationships and a consultative approach to convert opportunities into measurable outcomes. Location: Dubai, UAE; travel up to 60%; competitive package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years direct sales in construction tech or SaaS.
• Experience selling to Tier-1/2 EPC or general contractors.
• Deep understanding of AECO workflows and GCC market.
• Proven track record meeting annual quotas.
• Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Arabic language is an advantage but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional growth by acquiring new logos and growing existing accounts in midmarket.
• Orchestrate the entire sales process from prospecting to closing complex deals.
• Represent Trimble at major trade shows and industry events.
• Forecast and manage a dynamic sales pipeline with data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on RFIs and RFPs to position Trimble solutions.
