Job summary

Trimble is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager in Dubai, UAE, to drive growth across the GCC construction market by helping contractors adopt technology that improves delivery, collaboration, productivity and outcomes.

You will manage a mature portfolio while expanding new business across GCC, building relationships with contractors, owners and project organisations to demonstrate measurable value from Trimble’s construction solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ direct sales experience in construction tech or SaaS serving contractors and AECO sectors.
• Strong understanding of construction project workflows and related software.
• Experience selling into Tier-1/2 EPC/general contractor organisations.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding annual quotas.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Technical proficiency with Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional growth by acquiring new logos and growing existing accounts in midmarket software solutions.
• Orchestrate the entire sales process from prospecting to proposals and closing complex deals.
• Act as brand ambassador at major trade shows and industry events to build pipeline.
• Manage and forecast a dynamic sales pipeline with data-driven insights to meet revenue targets.
• Respond to RFIs and RFPs with stakeholders to position Trimble as the premier regional solution.
