SmartSite, a UAE-based construction tech company, is seeking a Sales Manager to expand its footprint across the UAE and GCC from its Dubai base. You will win new business with contractors, developers, and rental partners, and build a durable pipeline that lasts beyond the first sale.

You will translate SmartSite's technology into measurable value for sites and leadership, and own go-to-market in the region while shaping partner ecosystems and on-site engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B sales within construction tech, SaaS, or industrial tech.
• Able to articulate value to both field staff and C-suite executives.
• Self-directed, growth-minded and comfortable in a fast-growing company.

Responsibilities

• Win new business with contractors, developers, and construction partners across the UAE.
• Manage a disciplined pipeline from first contact to signed contract.
• Attend industry events and on-site meetings; be comfortable in field-based sales.
• Build lasting relationships with directors, logistics managers, and executives.
• Provide market feedback to product and leadership to shape go-to-market in UAE and GCC.
