Job summary

Trimble AECO seeks an Area Sales Manager to drive growth across the GCC construction market, helping contractors and project teams adopt technology that improves delivery, collaboration and outcomes. You will manage a portfolio of accounts, win new logos, and shape how Trimble's solutions create measurable customer value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct sales experience in construction technology, SaaS or related solutions serving contractors, owners or project organisations.
• Strong understanding of construction workflows, including project delivery and collaboration.
• Experience with construction technology platforms and selling to Tier-1/2 EPC/general contractors.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding annual quotas.
• Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills.
• Technical proficiency with Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional growth by acquiring new logos and expanding existing Midmarket accounts in GCC.
• Orchestrate end-to-end sales process from prospecting to proposals and closing complex deals.
• Represent Trimble at major trade shows and industry events to build pipeline.
• Forecast and manage a dynamic sales pipeline with data-driven insights to hit revenue targets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on RFIs/RFPs to position Trimble as the premier regional solution.
