Job summary

ASM is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to coordinate and manage all sales support activities related to fuel sales. This position will provide recommendations and drive ASM's vision, mission and strategic objectives of ASM.

You will update quotes, tenders and customer agreements, maintain ERP records, verify requests, open fuel lines after uplifts, and coordinate between Sales Staff and the Document Controller to ensure accurate client data and KYC compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Minimum 2-3 aviation experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication and coordination skills.
• Fluent in oral and written English.
• Detail-oriented and persuasive.

Responsibilities

• Update fuel quotes, tenders, and customer agreements on time.
• Handle fuel quotes, tenders, and customer agreements.
• Maintain accurate records of fuel quotes, tenders, and customer agreements.
• Verify fuel requests promptly.
• Open fuel lines after uplifts, ensuring timely execution.
• Organize and categorize fuel-pricing requests based on customer relevance.
• Ensure all Customer Agreements are updated in the ERP.
• Coordinate between Sales Staff and Document Controller for client documentation/KYC.
• Accurately update client information on ERP.
