Job summary

Client of AQJOBS is seeking an experienced Sales and Supply Chain Coordinator to manage service-related sales coordination for AMC customers, quotations, pricing, warehouse coordination, deliveries and supply chain activities. The ideal candidate will bring an engineering background and experience in automation, CCTV, HVAC or related sectors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with service customers and manage AMC requirements, renewals, service requests and follow-ups.
• Prepare and coordinate quotations, pricing proposals and commercial offers for service requirements and maintenance contracts.
• Coordinate with sales, service, warehouse, procurement and logistics teams for timely order processing and delivery.
• Manage supply chain activities including material availability, stock coordination and delivery schedules.
• Follow up on customer enquiries, quotations, purchase orders and pending deliveries.
• Support service sales activities by understanding customer requirements and coordinating suitable products and services.
• Maintain records of quotations, pricing, customer information and delivery status.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure product availability and resolve delivery issues.
• Prepare reports, presentations and spreadsheets using MS Office applications.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate with service customers and manage AMC Annual Maintenance Contract requirements renewals service requests and follow-ups
• Prepare and coordinate quotations pricing proposals and commercial offers for service requirements spare parts and maintenance contracts
• Coordinate with sales service warehouse procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery
• Manage supply chain activities including material availability stock coordination order tracking and delivery schedules
• Follow up on customer enquiries quotations purchase orders and pending deliveries
• Support service sales activities by understanding customer requirements and coordinating suitable products spare parts and service solutions
• Maintain accurate records of quotations pricing customer information AMC contracts orders and delivery status
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure product availability and resolve supply or delivery issues
• Prepare reports presentations spreadsheets and other business documents using MS Office applications
• Monitor order status customer requirements and service coordination activities to ensure timely completion
• Work closely with engineering and technical teams to understand product specifications and support customer requirements
