Job summary

Jams HR Solutions seeks a Sales Coordinator to act as the operational bridge between the sales team, warehouses, 3PL partners and key B2B accounts. You will handle end-to-end sales order processing, dispatch planning, and daily logistics follow-up to ensure on-time delivery and accurate inventory.

Key duties include PO validation, maintaining SOs and delivery notes in ERP, FEFO/FIFO stock control, coordinating with freight carriers, and OTIF reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Commerce, or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years in sales coordination, supply chain support, or inventory/logistics coordination within FMCG or consumer goods.
• Hands-on proficiency with ERP platforms (SAP SD/MM, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking, commercial acumen, and effective verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders, verify POs against terms, price sheets, discounts, and credit limits.
• Maintain Sales Orders (SO), proforma invoices, and delivery notes in ERP.
• Coordinate with field sales and key accounts on order tracking and delivery schedules.
• Manage returns, short deliveries, and credit/debit notes with finance.
