Job summary

Phoenix Dison tec is seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in daily activities, coordinate quotations, orders, and deliveries, and maintain accurate customer records. The role requires strong communication skills and experience with CRM/ERP tools, with preference for UAE sales coordination exposure.

The position involves handling inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp, coordinating with warehouse, logistics and accounts teams, and preparing sales reports to monitor

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience as a Sales Coordinator or Sales Administrator is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of CRM software and ERP systems is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Ability to prepare quotations, invoices, and sales reports.
• Good customer service, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• UAE sales coordination experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with daily sales activities and operations.
• Prepare quotations, sales proposals, invoices and purchase orders.
• Coordinate with customers regarding inquiries, orders, pricing and deliveries.
• Follow up on quotations and pending orders to ensure timely closure.
• Maintain accurate sales records and customer databases.
• Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails and WhatsApp.
• Maintain professional relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Follow up with clients regarding quotations, payments and order confirmations.
• Resolve customer concerns and coordinate with relevant departments.
• Process customer orders and coordinate with warehouse, logistics and accounts teams.
• Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare and maintain sales-related documentation.
• Coordinate with suppliers and customers regarding product availability and delivery schedules.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Maintain customer records, sales data and order tracking sheets.
• Monitor pending quotations, outstanding payments and sales targets.
• Organize sales meetings, appointments and customer visits.
• Provide administrative support to sales managers and management.
• Identify potential customers and generate new sales leads.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Contact prospective customers through calls, emails and WhatsApp.
• Arrange meetings between customers and the sales team.
• Support marketing campaigns, exhibitions and promotional activities.
