Job summary

Aviation Services Management (ASM) is seeking a Fuel Operations Specialist based in Dubai, UAE. The role focuses on safe and timely fuel dispatch procedures to support flight releases in strict adherence to regulatory requirements and ASM standards.

You will work a 24/7 shift pattern, leveraging CRM/ERP systems and aviation knowledge to optimize fuel management and customer service for ASM clients.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant Aviation experience.
• Knowledge of Fuel Dispatch & Invoices Clearing.
• Experience in CRM & ERP.
• Fluent in English.
• Must be flexible to work on shift basis covering 24/7 operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide ASM clients with safe and timely fuel dispatch procedures enabling flight release while meeting regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with Federal and National Authority regulations and internal procedures.
