Infosys in the UAE seeks an experienced Account Manager – Financial Services to own and grow a strategic client relationship in the UAE. You will drive account strategy, renewals, revenue growth and pipeline development with senior stakeholders and internal delivery teams to bring Infosys capabilities to the client.

Qualifications

• Strong experience managing complex Financial Services accounts.
• Ownership of account plans and multi-service-line growth.
• Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Understanding of banking and Financial Services priorities.
• Commercial acumen in pricing, negotiations and contracts.
• Experience leading cross-functional pursuits across distributed teams.
• Excellent executive communication and consultative selling skills.

Responsabilités

• Own the overall account strategy and growth plan, including renewals, revenue growth, pipeline development and expansion into new buying centers.
• Build and strengthen relationships with senior stakeholders across business, technology, procurement and other key functions.
• Identify client priorities and translate them into qualified opportunities across Infosys service offerings.
• Lead opportunities from qualification through solution development, proposal, commercial negotiation and closure.
• Manage account performance across revenue, bookings, profitability, forecasting and receivables.
• Partner with delivery leadership to ensure strong client governance, proactively address risks and support client retention.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across delivery, consulting, solutioning, service lines, alliances, finance and legal.
• Develop opportunities within additional existing accounts and selected named prospects, where assigned.
