Job summary

Maxline Group of Companies in Dubai seeks a Freight Forwarding Sales Manager to develop new business across air, sea, and land freight services. The role involves building client relationships, presenting quotations, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with operations to ensure service excellence.

Based on an on-site basis, you will manage a sales pipeline, conduct market research, attend industry events, and provide regular forecasts to management.

Qualifications

• Sales and business development track record in logistics or freight forwarding.
• Understanding of international freight ops, Incoterms, and export/import docs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with diverse clients.
• Ability to analyze market trends and prepare competitive quotations.
• Experience with CRM tools and reporting sales performance.
• GCC or Dubai market experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field or equivalent.
• On-site work in Dubai and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Fluency in English; Arabic/Hindi a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in freight forwarding.
• Prepare and present quotations; negotiate rates and contracts.
• Coordinate with operations and customer service to ensure service delivery.
• Manage sales pipeline and conduct market research.
• Attend industry events and visit clients.
