Job summary

Transmarine Cargo is seeking a dynamic Sales Professional to drive new business in the UAE freight forwarding market. You will focus on acquiring new clients, building lasting relationships, and generating revenue across Sea, Air, and Land services.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in freight forwarding sales, a strong UAE network, and proven ability to hit targets. You will lead proposals, negotiate effectively, and coordinate with Pricing, CS, and Ops to ensure smooth onboarding and service

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in freight forwarding sales.
• Proven track record in new business development and achieving sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE freight forward­ing market.
• Existing customer network in the UAE is a strong advantage.
• Strong lead generation, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and highly target oriented.
• Strong commercial awareness and customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers within the UAE freight forwarding and logistics market.
• Generate business opportunities through cold calling, client visits, networking, and referrals.
• Promote Sea Freight, Air Freight, and Land Freight services to potential customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Understand customer shipping requirements and offer suitable logistics solutions.
• Prepare and follow up on sales proposals and negotiate to secure profitable business.
• Develop existing accounts and identify opportunities to increase shipment volumes.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline, track leads, and update customer information in the CRM.
• Coordinate with Pricing, Customer Service, and Operations teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
