Job summary

Client of S&K HR Consulting Dubai seeks a Business Development Manager to drive growth in freight forwarding. You will identify opportunities, build high-level client relationships, and lead strategic plans to expand market share.

Responsibilities include market analysis, contract negotiations, and collaboration with operations to deliver projects. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in business or logistics, 3+ years sales experience in logistics, strong negotiation and communication skills,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or related field.
• 3+ years' experience in sales, preferably in the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
• Strong understanding of logistics, supply chain management, and international trade regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• UAE driving license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive company growth.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the freight forwarding and logistics industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including clients partners and industry influencers.
• Lead and mentor the peers and team members providing guidance and support to achieve targets.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business strategies.
• Negotiate and close high-value contracts and partnerships.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure the successful execution of projects.
• Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities and results to Sales Director.
