Job summary

FastTrack Logistics Services L.L.C-FZ Dubai is seeking an experienced Sales & Business Development Manager to expand its customer base and drive profitable growth in the UAE.

The role focuses on building direct relationships with shipping lines and NVOCCs, developing overseas agent networks, negotiating rates, and coordinating with operations to deliver excellent service.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of freight forwarding sales or business development experience in the UAE.
• Established relationships with shipping lines and overseas freight forwarding agents.
• Strong knowledge of UAE customs clearance and Jebel Ali Port operations.
• Proven sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Valid UAE driving license and own car; fluency in English.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Develop direct commercial relationships with major shipping lines & NVOCC, to secure competitive freight rates and establish direct accounts.
• Build and maintain a strong network of overseas freight forwarding agents to improve pricing and service capabilities.
• Develop new business opportunities through customer visits, networking, and direct sales, while growing existing customer accounts.
• Establish relationships with customs clearance agents, transport providers, and logistics partners.
• Maintain practical knowledge of UAE customs clearance procedures, import/export documentation, and port operations.
• Negotiate competitive rates, prepare quotations, and achieve sales and profitability targets.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth shipment handling and excellent customer service.
