Job summary

talentbridgedubai is seeking an experienced Freight Forwarding Sales and Business Developer to drive growth by selling logistics solutions to new and existing customers. You will lead meetings, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with operations to ensure exceptional service.

2+ years UAE freight/logistics sales experience is preferred. Strong English, CRM proficiency, and willingness to travel are required. This is a full-time role based in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in Dubai of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or transportation sales.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Knowledge of freight forwarding processes, documents, and regulations.
• Willingness to travel and UAE driving license.

Responsibilities

• Seek and follow up on sales leads through cold-calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms.
• Schedule and perform customer meetings (physical and online) to present our services and negotiate contracts.
• Act as a liaison between customer service and operations to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Research and analyze competitive and industry trends to identify new opportunities and potential customers.
• Manage and update customer information and sales activities using a CRM system.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
