Staffora HR is seeking a high-performing Business Development Executive/Manager to generate freight forwarding business and promote end-to-end logistics solutions in the UAE. The role focuses on expanding market share, securing corporate accounts, and driving revenue growth across ocean, air, warehousing, and customs clearance services.

Responsibilities include driving sales, onboarding new clients, managing existing accounts, and coordinating with operations.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of proven sales experience in Freight Forwarding (Air and Sea) within the UAE market.
• Must possess an active, existing customer base within the target market.
• Deep operational and commercial understanding of freight forwarding, supply chain products, and logistics services.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and generate revenue by selling end-to-end logistics solutions across ocean, air, warehousing, and customs clearance.
• Identify, pitch, and onboard new corporate clients while expanding revenue from existing accounts.
• Pro-actively manage clients with timely rate renewals and coordinate with operations teams.
• Oversee credit management and ensure timely payment collection.
