Job summary

Peergrowth Consultancy Co. in Dubai seeks an experienced Business Development Manager Freight to drive new freight forwarding sales and expand our UAE client base.

You will build relationships, close deals, and work closely with internal teams to deliver seamless logistics services. The role requires a proven UAE freight sales track record, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to speak multiple languages.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in freight forwarding sales.
• Existing client base or ready portfolio of customers is a must.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to speak more than two languages is preferred.
• Must be a team player with a proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities in freight forwarding (Air Sea and Land).
• Manage and expand relationships with existing clients.
• Achieve sales targets (minimum 4x monthly salary).
• Prepare proposals negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of services.
• Provide market insights and contribute to sales strategy.
