Job summary

Rosewood Abu Dhabi invites applications for an Administration & Contracts Officer in the Finance team. You will manage the contract lifecycle, support procurement and legal coordination, and maintain accurate records across hotel operations.

The role requires strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, confidentiality, and excellent English communication while collaborating with Legal, Procurement, Finance, Events, Sales, and other departments to ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract administration, finance, procurement, or related administrative role.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail, confidentiality, and accuracy.
• Fluent English and ability to work with contract management systems and business applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of contracts, including drafting, review, approval, execution, renewal, amendment, and archiving.
• Maintain contract databases, trackers, and management systems for accuracy and timely renewals.
• Coordinate with Legal, Procurement, Finance, Events, Sales and operations on contractual matters.
• Monitor compliance with contractual obligations, insurance requirements and service agreements.
• Prepare reports, meeting agendas, minutes, NDAs, and other administrative documents.
• Support departmental efficiency through record management and stakeholder follow-up.
