Job summary

Rosewood Abu Dhabi is seeking an Accounts Payable & Contracts Supervisor to oversee AP and contract administration, ensuring accurate financial transactions, supplier records, and documentation in line with company policies.

You will support month-end processes, strengthen internal controls, manage contract lifecycles, and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. This role emphasizes detail, leadership, and a process-driven approach to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts payable, finance operations, or contract administration within a hospitality or service-focused environment.
• Strong knowledge of financial controls, supplier management, invoice processing, and reconciliation procedures.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
• Experience with SunSystems and BirchStreet is advantageous.
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a process-improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices, statement reconciliations, and payment support activities.
• Maintain strong financial controls through invoice verification, account coding reviews, accrual preparation, and petty cash administration.
• Manage supplier master data, ensuring records, bank details, licences, and tax documentation remain accurate and up to date.
• Administer contracts throughout their lifecycle, including preparation, renewals, approvals, amendments, and compliance monitoring.
• Collaborate with suppliers, legal partners, procurement teams, and operational departments to resolve discrepancies and support business needs.
• Drive process improvements, compliance, audit readiness, and operational efficiency across accounts payable and contract management functions.
