Job summary

Rosewood Abu Dhabi is seeking an Administration & Contracts Officer to provide comprehensive administrative and contract management support across the hotel. You will oversee contract preparation, tracking, maintenance, and compliance with policies, legal requirements, and standards.

Reporting to the Assistant Director of Finance, you will coordinate with Legal, Procurement, Finance, Events, Sales, and operations to ensure accurate records, governance, and timely contract renewals.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract administration, finance, procurement, legal coordination, or related administrative role within hospitality or corporate environment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple contracts, deadlines, and priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality.
• Fluent in English and comfortable with contract management systems and business applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of contracts: drafting, review, approval, execution, renewal, amendment, and archiving.
• Maintain contract databases, trackers, and management systems for accurate records and timely renewals.
• Coordinate with Legal, Procurement, Finance, Events, Sales, and operations on contractual and compliance matters.
• Monitor supplier and contractor compliance with contracts, insurance requirements, and service agreements.
• Prepare reports, meeting agendas, minutes, waiver requests, NDAs, and other admin docs.
• Support departmental efficiency through record management, stakeholder coordination, and action follow-ups.
